My husband brought the watch as a surprise present when just looking at F.Hinds jewellery shop in Cambridge, had great service and the watch strap was adjusted at the time to fit . Beautiful design fit for any occasion. Ver pleased and proud to show it off

Really pleased with this Rotary watch. The blue face is very smart and the bracelet is lovely. The slimline design makes it really comfortable to wear. Just what I’ve been looking for and will wear it a lot.

The watch is lovely but having asked for an extension to the strap I was disappointed that the watch arrived with the bracelet in two pieces on one side. We found the pin for the bracelet in the bottom of the box, under the felt. My husband replaced the pin using his watchmaker tools but within a couple of hours the pin fell out and the watch fell from my wrist. Luckily I was indoors so found the watch and it was not damaged Pin was fitted again but it came apart again. We took the watch to our local jeweller who fitted what he said was "the right pin" and it now seems fine, although I am only wearing it indoors at the moment in case it comes apart again. The watch is lovely, the guillouche enamel is superb and the face easy to read. Hopefully the bracelet will not come apart again. I'm pleased with the watch and have ordered another from this range as a result, but was disappointed in the way the watch was sent out. I have been in touch with Customer Service about the issues but their response was not the greatest, even suggesting I send the watch back for an estimate for the cost of repair. I had only had the watch for 2 days!
