The Rotary x MOD British Army ATP Automatic is the mechanical expression of Rotary’s historic Army Trade Pattern design. Inspired by the ATP wristwatches supplied by Rotary to the British Army in 1940, it preserves the practical clarity and restrained character of the original while introducing the depth and motion of an automatic movement.
Its 40mm case, 46.5mm lug-to-lug length and 12mm thickness give the watch a substantial yet wearable profile. The clean three-hand layout offers straightforward legibility, while luminous hands and indices support clear reading in low light.
Finished on a matching 3 link bracelet, the ATP Automatic has the purposeful feel of a service watch with the added appeal of traditional mechanical watchmaking. Developed in official collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, it continues a story rooted in genuine British Army history.
