Fishing for compliments

I love both the watches I recently bought, but unfortunately, your company does not provide continually available replacement straps. Oh ! you are exuberant about your long term servicing and how well your after purchase service is to look after every watch you sell.

It took me a number of emails but you finally admitted you do not supply the replacement strap for the watch I just bought.
After this experience do you expect me to be impressed ?
