Lovely watch / poor quality strap

Watch arrived and i wore for an hour the first day and then put on the next day a noticed that the leather strap was coming apart. I emailed customer services and had no response so emailed again after 6 days and then phoned as still no response. Really like the watch just not happy about the quality of the strap or the customer services. I now have sent back and am awaiting notification as to what they are going to do about it.
