The Rotary Seamatic divers watch offers a stunning display of minimal design and rugged usability. Featuring a 316L stainless steel case, 3 link bracelet and Divers Z clasp for optimised security, this is a stylish addition to the wrist. The yellow dial, which displays luminous applied indices of varying shapes, also hosts open hour-minute hands with striking black detailing, all protected beneath sapphire glass which also has a cyclops magnifier over the date window.
This timepiece also features a black ceramic unidirectional bezel for the best possible underwater timekeeping. On the side of the 42mm case is a screw-down crown, kept secure from rough bangs thanks to a crown guard. Powered by a reliable Miyota 8215 movement, the watch is water resistant to 300m.

This is my first automatic watch journey. It's an excellent watch and solid design. The Cyclop could be clearer but it's still readable. I had to take of about four links.
The watch face is bright yellow which gives it a pop against the chrome.

Rotary make good affordable watches for folks who don't want to pay thru the nose for a bracelet that also shows the time. It's pretty. Its robust. (Do I mean heavy...) The date magnifying thingy is ineffective. But looks good. Glad I waited til price dropped. Bezel is 'orribly stiff and awkward. But still pleased with it - my workdays timepiece. Got a gold plated super slim for weekends. Nice!
I am absolutely blown away by the quality and finish of this watch, I have owned Doxa, Oris and Tags and to be honest there is no way it feels like over £1500 worth of difference between them and this rotary.The build quality is excellent, not a hint of back play on the bezel, and the click and movement is very satisfying, yellow face is beautiful in real life and in the sun is just incredible, I am not usually a fan of a cyclops but even this is done incredibly well in this watch, wears very well on my 6 3/4 inch wrist.Lume is excellent especially when exposed to sunlight, if I had one very small gripe is that lume is only on the tips of hands (see pic) this gives a rather strange appearance when first views as shows as one round and one triangle around watch, but that’s just a personal opinion.If your looking for a good looking, well built quality divers then give the Rotary Seamatic a try and you will not be disappointed, I will be adding more to my collection as plenty colour ways and straps to choose from.
Perfect watch for the price, the yellow is a great contrast. I just have one question in that on the back of the watch the advertised images on this page has "watchmaking" on a curved angle as it dose with "celebrating" but when receiving this watch the word "watchmaking" is not curved and instead straight similar to the avove text "years of". Just curious as to why this might be if anyone is able to tell me?
